eptember 11, 2001 has been described as a “wake up call” for America and the world. In times of crisis a person’s true character is revealed. Through a relationship with Jesus Christ and by cultivating a daily attitude of worship and praise before any emergency, whether personal or national, we are able to survive and offer eternal Hope to others when it occurs.
- "Be Aware"
- "Be Ready" before a crisis – Cultivate a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ through daily worship, prayer, Bible study, attending church where Christ is at the center, and by praying, caring for, and sharing Him with others in your path.
- "Be There" during a crisis – Listen to the stories of victims, offer the Together We Will Stand CD, then prayerfully, and sensitively share your faith and hope in Christ with those affected by tragedy.
“Together We Will Stand” will help you "Be Ready" before any crisis to cultivate an attitude of worship, praise, and prayer. Daily bring each burden and anxiety before Jesus; He understands; He is near and He cares. Read each scripture listed and focus on the message. You'll be prepared to " Be There" when a crisis occurs simply by sharing the Together We Will Stand CD with someone in the midst of their personal pain to bring them comfort, hope, peace and victory through Christ alone.
"Now may the God Who gives the power of patient endurance (steadfastness) and Who supplies encouragement, grant you to live in such mutual harmony and such full sympathy with one another in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may [unanimously], with united hearts and one voice, praise and glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah). Welcome and receive (to your hearts) one another, then, even Christ has welcomed and received you, for the glory of God. For I tell you that Christ (the Messiah) became a servant and a minister to ..... all." - Romans 15:5-8a
